General Terms & Conditions
The client confirms these terms and conditions each time when they visit and shop on igroovemusic.com or igroove.ch. iGroove AG reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without giving reasons and publish changes directly on igroovemusic.com and igroove.ch. It is important to us to serve all our customers at all times to their full satisfaction. This includes our terms and conditions.
By submitting an order or to perform a download, the buyer expressly agrees to the general terms & conditions. All orders are binding. The contract takes effect with our electronic confirmation oft he order. This confirmation contains the essential content oft he order. All sales prices include the legal VAT rate of 8%. The order costs will be charged directly to the payment method the client chose. iGroove keeps a fair-trade commission of 8% on the sales price. The remaining amount is for the artist and supplier oft he music (minus the statutory charges and 4% transaction fees. When paying via SMS, transaction fees are 18%.
The cost will be charged only once per purchase and not incur any recurring charges for the customer. No registration needed to download.
The deliveries of digital goods are sent via download link, which is sent to the customer after its purchase by SMS or email. Individual songs are delivered directly in MP3. For iOS devices, the free app SMSTracks is required to download.
Rights of use (Downloads)
The customer receives the purchased item via download link. The download link can be used a maximum of 3 times on maximum 2 devices. All titles (Downloads) are intended for private, non-commercial use. Any other use constitutes an infringement of copyright. The making of copies for the purpose of sale, commercial loan, public broadcast or disclosure to third parties is prohibited.
igroovemusic.com and igroove.ch only note down the absolutely necessary data’s and uses these for the scope of the transaction of the order as well as for the purpose to facilitate the purchases for recurrent clients. The personal data will be treated confidentially.
Returns / Exchanges
Replacement or restitution of audio, visual or information carriers are not possible due to copyright reasons. An exchange is only possible for wrong delivery or manufacturing defects. With returns, a copy of the delivery note or the bill must be enclosed since a treatment is not possible otherwise. A return because of dislikement is excluded.
Place of jurisdiction
Our business is based on Swiss law. The exclusive venue for any disputes shall be Lachen/SZ, Switzerland.
iGroove AG shall not be liable for any losses or damages, which may occur to users for the sold and delivered products (incl. Downloads).
